Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of confirmation. Each bottle is freshly sealed and packed in cold-chain-safe, leak-proof packaging to protect quality in transit.

Standard delivery takes 2–7 business days depending on your location, via trusted partners such as Delhivery, Shiprocket and our local express network. Metro cities are typically faster than remote areas.

We deliver to most pincodes across India. Enter your pincode at checkout to instantly check serviceability and the estimated delivery date. If we don't deliver to your area yet, please contact us — we're expanding fast.

Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by SMS/email. You can also track every order in real time under My Account → Orders.

Deliveries may occasionally be delayed by weather, festivals, regional restrictions or courier issues beyond our control. We'll keep you updated and do our best to resolve any delay quickly.

If your order arrives damaged, leaking or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return Policy.
