This document constitutes an electronic contract under the provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules made thereunder.

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. When registering an account or placing an order via guest checkout, you agree to provide truthful, accurate, and current delivery information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and mobile OTPs.

SIGO Oils produces 100% pure hydraulic cold-pressed edible cooking oils (Mustard, Groundnut, Virgin Coconut, Sesame, and Sunflower) extracted strictly below 40°C without chemical refining, bleaching, argemone oil adulteration, or artificial preservatives.

• •Natural Variations: Because our oils are completely unrefined and filtered through traditional micro-cloths without synthetic clarifiers, natural variations in aroma intensity, color shade, and delicate micro-seed sediment at the bottom of the bottle are authentic characteristics of genuine cold pressing and do not constitute a defect.
• •Culinary Food Use: Information provided on our packaging and website regarding nutrition, smoke points, and fatty acids is for educational and culinary purposes. Our oils are edible food products and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
• •Storage: Store bottles in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain optimal freshness throughout the 9-month shelf life.

All product prices listed on the website are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹ INR) and are inclusive of all applicable statutory taxes (GST).

• •Order Acceptance: Your order receipt email constitutes an acknowledgment of your purchase intent. A binding contract is formed once your order is confirmed and dispatched from our Jaipur facility.
• •Free Shipping Threshold: Standard delivery is free for all prepaid and COD orders with an aggregate cart value of ₹500 or higher across serviceable Indian pincodes. Orders below ₹500 may incur a nominal delivery fee displayed at checkout.
• •Order Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel orders due to unavoidable stockouts, incorrect pricing data, unserviceable remote delivery addresses, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such circumstances, any paid amount is refunded in full within 5–7 business days.

We support secure online transactions via UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), RuPay, Visa, MasterCard, and Net Banking through our PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway partner (Razorpay), as well as Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible domestic pincodes. SIGO Oils does not access or store your sensitive card or banking credentials.

Orders are freshly packed and dispatched within 24–48 working hours from our facility. Typical transit times range from 2 to 5 business days for major North and Western Indian cities and 4 to 8 business days for other regional destinations. Tracking details with live courier links are transmitted via WhatsApp and SMS upon shipment.

We stand behind our purity with a 7-day return and replacement policy. If your order arrives damaged in transit, with broken seals, or leaking, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with photos of the outer box and bottle. Approved claims are promptly replaced or refunded to the original payment source.

Any unauthorized reproduction, scraping, framing, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal action, dispute, or proceeding arising out of or related to your use of this site or purchase of our products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
